Forum Post: temp sensor with fastest conversion time

I'm looking for a remote temp sensor with the fastest conversion. Continuous conversion is not necessary. So, a chip that can do a one-shot measurement with a very short conversion time is OK. The TMP112, with a 26ms single-shot conversion, would be great... except it is a local temp sensor and not remote.
