Hi Tony,
yes I do understand that n.c addr pins may cause connection interruptions due to static charges etc. However I am not experiencing such. Sensor has been manually soldered with hot air gun (tried to follow reflow curve as much as it can be done without reflow station) to board prepared more or less with guides suggestions. The local temperature reading oscillates between 350-512 C (but only shows a few values from this range e.g. 350,410,511,512) so I also suspect that sensor is damaged. Converting to Celsius is done properly as I tried values from datasheet as a test. In a week or so I will be back home so I will try another chip, and will be even more careful this time. I will write the results after that. Meanwhile thanks for the support for both of You.
