Forum Post: DRV8662: Find a IC which one is similar to DRV8662 and DRV2700 but having higher output frequency to drive piezoelectric actuator.

Part Number: DRV8662 To drive a piezoelectric actuator, a output signal with higher frequency (75kHz ~ 120kHz) and high output voltage (80Vpp) are required. In datasheet for DRV8662 and DRV2700 , the maximum frequency is 20kHz that less than 120kHz. Is there other IC can meet the driving signal for our piezoelectric actuator? Thanks for all help!
