Hello Christopher,

The covers we have used are provided by a vendor called FotoFab and are made of an alloy called nickel silver. They actually contain no silver, but are made of 55% Cu, 27% Zn, and 18% Ni. There is lots of flexibility in what material can be used, as long as it's a shiny metal which can easily be machined into the required shape. I believe we went with nickel silver as it is a material that FotoFab commonly works with.

I don't have information on the thickness of the metal right now, but I'm looking into it and will update you soon. The depth of the enclosure itself is shown in the attached slides.
