Hi Abhi,

 

thanks for your response.  If you talk about leackage on diode B I do not think this will have an impact.  To my understanding the temperature is measured via the voltage drop of diode A with a setpoint of 800uA.  Depending on the temperature the drop will be higher or lower.  The issue I see is that referenced to GND to voltage drop is negative and looking to the TMP435 we do measure a positive voltage referenced to GND where as the architecture in the custome device .  I have for exampel never seen something like this and  the bad thig is that the diode A is internally connected to + 0.9 Volt .   

My question therefore is do we have a temp sensor which can support this  or an application circuit how our current sensor portfolio could support it.
