Hi Walsh, The answer is NO. To ensure the TSC2013-Q1 is reset properly, I would strongly suggest you that a dedicated pin from a microcontroller be connected to the RESET pin and reset the TSC2013-Q1 inside the firmware according the "External Reset Timing" in Figure 37 of the TSC2013-Q1 datasheet. Note that it is the most reliable way to reset the TSC2013-Q1 when it stops working. If you really don't want to waste one pin on this reset pin, try to put a 20k resistor between the IOVDD pin and RESET pin. The TSC2013-Q1 should be rest properly when it is powered on. Andy
