Hi Corey, I just ran through the installation and it worked fine on my Windows 7 machine. I have tested this software out on more than one computer and never had a problem. Yes, Piezo Control Console is where the GUI will be. Once it opens, you will hit connect and the GUI will pop up inside the console. I would suggest a full uninstallation and delete any associated files; then re-install. But it looks like you have already tried this as I just read in the other thread. Peter Li may have some more insight into your issue.
