Hi Lacey Here is a plot of the input gain response data taken on 3 units up to 4 GHz input frequency. Negative values are more attenuation, positive values are less attenuation. Some peaking circuitry is included to enhance the response above 3500 MHz, that is why the values increase in that region. Best regards, Jim B

Forum Post: RE: ADC128S102: ADC128S102
Hello, Is there a pattern or consistency to the first four bits? Are they always the same, or seem to depend on the input you use? It is good to hear that you are getting the correct conversion results. Are you using a known DC value to test this out? Would you share an oscilloscope shot of the digital communication, including SCLK, SDO, SDI, CS? Regards, Cynthia

Forum Post: RE: ADS8920B: Replacing a Microchip MCP3550 ADC with an ADS8920B
Hi Keith, Thanks so much for all the consultation. I'm just trying to interpret the enhanced SPI requirements- it seems most of them utilize other digital lines. If we go with the 4 wire (/CS, SCLK, SDI, SDO) architecture, is 52 MHz the minimum clock rate needed for 1 MSPS performance? Ideally we would be able to get it a bit lower than this without running another digital line. Thanks again! Ian

Forum Post: RE: AFE4400: Artifacts in SPO2
Artifacts- Movement of hands, fingers. I think it is due to motion. We have interfaced AFE4400 to MSP430F5529 and CC3200Mod only. if there is movement of finger - there is a lot of difference in the spo2 and pulse rate value. So will you please provide some solution over that. How to stabilize the SPO2 and Pulse rate value ?

Part Number: ADC12DJ3200EVM Hi, I have the ADC12DJ3200EVM Rev A eval board and I have been using it for quite some time now with TSW14J57. I am not sure what happened but now the GUI software doesnt connect to the board anymore. I have the board connected to the 5V supply and the current limit is set to 5 Amps which is plenty. I just get an FTDI Device not connected error message

Forum Post: RE: ADS1256: Setting up the SPI Logic Analyzer for ADS1256
Hi Chris, I tried your suggestion and I think there is something going on with the oscilloscope results drive.google.com/open yellow is the clock, it works normally Green is the MISO line, it doesn't seem to behave well. The timing is consistent with the Logic Analyzer result, so I think maybe I have some problem with the data interpretation rather than the clock pulse timing itself. However I would like to ask the following? 1. Is it normal for the MISO line remains HIGH at the end of the transmission? The scope shows that there is a gradual decay of the last MISO pulse and this seems wierd to me. The gradual decay cause the system to see the MISO lines remains HIGH after the transmission ends. 2. The MISO line starts abit above ground then goes abit below ground when pulsing. Is this normal? Thanks, Khoi Ly

Good, I have checked but where seem to be some contradictions about this, mostly with the single electrode measurement possibility, with internal current source. Most EEG discussions talk about grouping negative electrode, but I cannot in my case.

Hi, i want to measure temperature in order to control heater. I have three compartiments in my machines where i want to control heater. i have three PT100 temperature sensor with output: 0-10V The BeagleBoard-X15 can only receive signal 0-1.8V 1-Can BeagleBoard-X15 retrieve temperature signal from three sensor in the same time? 2-Which ADC shoud i use? can someone give me the part number please. Forum Post: ADS1298R: Wiring respiration leads
Part Number: ADS1298R Hello! Section 9.3.1.7.8.2 of ADS1298R datasheet describes: When this respiration option is enabled, ADS129xR channel 1 cannot be used to acquire ECG signals. If the RA and LA leads are intended to measure respiration and ECG signals, wire the two leads into channel 1 for respiration and channel 2 for ECG signals. So: 1) is it possible to wire the two leads (RA and LL) into channel 1 for respiration and channel N != 1 (for example 6) for ECG signals? 2) is it possible to connect leads RA and LL to some else inputs while ones already connected to IN6 and RES circuit?
